What is Brief Therapy?
Brief Therapy is where we agree at the outset how many sessions we will meet for. That will depend on what you want to get from our time together but typically ranges from 4 - 12 weekly sessions
Brief Therapy can be especially helpful for exploring a particular issue or situation at work or home, where time or money is limited or if you are new to counselling and curious how it might be of benefit to you.
